Corte Luceoli is a small producer from Cantiano that mainly cultivates black cherries.
Vera Visciola is the compote that will make you discover the real “wild” and sour taste of Visciole, made with only 3 ingredients: a minimum 73% of All Local Visciole, sugar and fresh untreated lemon juice, without preservatives or dyes.
Pairings: spread on toasted or fresh bread, rusks, sublime in yogurt or ricotta, perfect for making pies, cakes and biscuits. Also interesting to accompany semi-aged and aged cheeses.
