In our sorbets and in our granitas there are only water, fresh fruit and vegetables, sugars, spices, flowers and aromatic herbs, cocoa and cocoa mass, sheep's milk ricotta. In sorbets can also be present vegetable fibers and carob and guar seed flour.
In our ice-creams there are only high quality fresh whole milk, sugars, fresh cream, fresh egg yolks from free range hens, carob seed flour and sea salt.
We also use: organic pine nuts, ricotta and Bio sheep's yoghurt from the San Rossore park, gentle hazelnuts from the Langhe, pistachios from Bronte or Stigliano, organic Avola almonds, walnuts, macadamia and cashews from fair trade, chestnut flour from 'Pistoia Apennines, Tahitian vanilla beans, mass, chocolate and cocoa from many origins, brown and candied, pure pasta of armelline, pistachios, hazelnuts and almonds, monovarietal coffee, fresh ginger, the Japanese matcha, saffron from San Miniato, flour carob from Modica, Calabrian liquorice, organic beach honey from the San Rossore park, EVO oil, Pantelleria raisins, wines and spirits.
